Jean-Paul Hevin's store in rue St Honore is a delight. He is a master chocolate maker and the goods on display are a testimony to his skills. There is a wide range of excellent products on sale from simple tablets of chocolate arranged by the percentage of cacao, to cigars made from 70% cacao to boxed chocolates that are perfect for presents (the packaging is also of the highest quality).Look in particular for his signature cheese flavoured chocolates that are a taste sensation combining flavours such as Roquefort or Epoisse with the finest chocolate!
