When we recently embarked on a trip to Shanghai to track down the very best example of a xiao long bao dumpling it was the very quirky Cha Xiu Bao food blog that we first turned to. Here is a person who is redefining food blogging. Edgy, irreverent, knowledgeable and funny we find it compulsive reading.
