This lovely pâtisserie with its bright orange external panels is a place we always head for when we arrive in Apt. One of their specialties which draws us here are the almond croquants made from almonds, egg white and flour. They are crisp yet incredibly delicate and are the perfect accompaniment to coffee or really good tea. The croquants here are worth driving long distances to try them! Also make sure you check out the amazing fougasse they make here.They also make their own very good ice creams which are on display just inside the door.
