You have to find the entrance to the Winner building (it is next door to Al's Diner) and take the lift to the 5th floor. There is a sign on a door that heralds Mum Chau's but this is accompanied by a stern 'Members Only' sign. Ignore this and open the door and you will be in this homely restaurant that serves very good Sichuan food. The menu is only in Chinese but some of the staff speak enough English to help you choose. Order noodle dishes, soup noodles and northern dumplings and you will have a very satisfying meal at a very low price.
